The new chalet continues that direction. It is being created as a more spacious alpine retreat with private wellness, thoughtful interior design, and a calm setting at the quieter end of Lake Bohinj.

The new chalet is being shaped for guests who prefer calm over noise and privacy over standard hotel routines. Natural materials, refined alpine warmth, and a more intimate atmosphere will define the stay. The focus is not on excess. It is on comfort, stillness, and a more personal way to experience Bohinj.
Every detail is being developed in line with the Privillage Stare signature: warm wood, natural textures, alpine calm, and a stay that feels both grounded and elevated.
Planned as a two-bedroom private wellness chalet
The new chalet is planned as a two-bedroom alpine retreat. It is being created for guests who want more privacy and more space, whether for two couples, a small family, or a slower stay with room to settle in properly. The layout is being designed to balance shared moments with personal comfort, allowing the stay to feel connected, relaxed, and unhurried.
Ukanc – the quieter side of Lake Bohinj
The new chalet will be part of Privillage Stare – B&B, Villa and Chalet Resort in Ukanc, at the quieter end of Lake Bohinj.
This is the side of Bohinj guests choose when they want nature, space, and a calmer atmosphere. Forests, alpine meadows, lake views, and direct access to the wider landscape shape the feeling of the place in every season.
Ukanc is also a natural base for discovering Lake Bohinj, Savica Waterfall, Vogel, and the walking and hiking paths of Triglav National Park.
