RESERVATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Your accommodation agreement with Privillage Stare becomes valid once we receive your confirmed reservation.<\/p>\n

Reservations can be made by phone, e-mail, or directly through our secure online booking system. Confirmation requires a valid credit card or advance payment. If the advance is not received within 48 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.<\/p>\n

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you\u2019ve read and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

DEPOSIT<\/strong><\/h2>\n

A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required and will be deducted from your final invoice.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Check-in is available from 15:00 to 19:00. For arrivals outside these hours, please notify reception in advance. Check-out is from 8:00 to 10:00.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

PARKING<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Free parking is provided on-site for all guests at Privillage Stare.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

If for any reason you are unable to take advantage of your stay at PRIVILLAGE STARE, we will do our best to rent your room\/house to someone else.\u00a0If we cannot find another tenant, the following cancellation conditions apply:<\/p>\n

a) For reservations in the Country House<\/span><\/em>
\n– Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival is free
\n– Cancellation within 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the reservation price<\/p>\n

b) For reservations in Chalet and Villa<\/span><\/em>
\n– Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival is free
\n– Cancellation within 30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the reservation price
\n– Cancellation within 7 days before arrival will be charged 90% of the reservation price<\/p>\n

Any cancellation of the reservation must be sent in writing or by e-mail and takes effect from the date of receipt.<\/p>\n

Early departure and no-show<\/span>
\n– In case of early departure, each cancelled night will be charged,
\n– In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.<\/p>\n

If you used a credit card to guarantee or pay your reservation, it will be charged automatically.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

When insuring trip cancellation, the Insurance Company<\/a> reimburses you for all cancellation costs, so you can simply book PRIVILLAGE STARE at another time.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The accommodation bill can be settled with cash and Visa, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover or Mastercard credit cards.<\/p>\n

The account can also be settled by transfer to the Privillage Stare account. The transfer must be made before departure.<\/p>\n

TOURIST TAX<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The mandatory tourist tax is charged per person, per day and is not included in accommodation rates.<\/p>\n

PRICES, DISCOUNTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

All rates include VAT. Discounts cannot be combined.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

SPECIAL OFFERS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Promotions are valid under their specific terms. Early departure voids special offers. Additional discounts on promotional rates do not apply.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

HOUSE PETS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Pets are not allowed at Privillage Stare.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

SMOKING IN ACCOMMODATIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Smoking is not allowed in Privillage Stare facilities. Smoking is permitted outside the facilities.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RIGHT OF REFUSAL<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We reserve the right to refuse the reservation and, in special circumstances, the right to cancel, adapt or change the arrangement. In case of cancellation, adjustment or change of the reservation, the staff of the Privillage Stare resort will do their best to find an alternative date or accommodation.<\/p>\n

If the alternative offer of the resort Privillage Stare is not acceptable, all the money paid by the guest will be returned.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CHANGES OR TERMINATION BY OWNER (FORCE MAJEURE)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Privillage Stare has the right to change or cancel the reservation at any time and in any case of force majeure or in any circumstances beyond Privillage Stare’s control.<\/p>\n

In these cases, the guest receives all the money he paid into the Privillage Stare account. The responsibility of Privillage Stare resort is limited to the return of the deposit and is in no way responsible for any other or indirect damage.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

NUMBER OF GUESTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Privillage Stare reserves the right to deny entry or dismiss the entire group if the number of people exceeds the number specified at the time of reservation.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO VISITOR’S PROPERTY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Privillage Stare cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any guest property. Privillage Stare is also not responsible for injuries to guests caused by the guest’s activities or caused by any of the guest’s roommates during their stay on our property.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CLAIMS \/ COMPLAINTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

If in connection with the rented facility or any problem occurs in the room, such as non-functioning device, equipment or unsatisfactory room, the guest is obliged to immediately notify the reception of Privillage Stare.<\/p>\n

The guest must allow the problem to be fixed within a reasonable time.<\/p>\n

Resort Privillage Stare cannot consider complaints after the guest’s departure.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

ACCESS AND RIGHT OF ENTRY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Privillage Stare reserves the right for staff to enter the room at any reasonable time and for a legitimate reason such as cleaning, changing bed linen, towels,…<\/p>\n

Property staff may access the property, especially if it is necessary to carry out urgent repairs, maintenance work or for inspection.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

ILLEGAL USE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In the event of the use of illegal substances, mental or physical abuse of any person, refugee shelter, etc., the accommodation rental agreement will immediately terminate, with no refund of rental fees or deposits.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

DAMAGED PROPERTY – PRIVILLAGE STARE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

A deposit is required for stays in the Alpine SPA Chalet and Prestige Villa apartment. The deposit is paid upon arrival at the reception.<\/p>\n

A security deposit of EUR 300 is required in case of damage or loss of Privillage Stare property, as well as other costs.<\/p>\n

Any damage or loss to Privillage Stare property will be charged to the guest. The guest must behave responsibly and respectfully towards the owner and staff at all times. Privillage Stare reserves the express right to ask anyone to leave the property due to inappropriate behaviour. In this case, the guest cannot request a refund of the deposit.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The guest expressly agrees to accept all obligations for services arising from the reservation and for any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the stay at Privillage Stare.<\/p>\n

The guest authorizes these charges to be charged to his credit card.<\/p>\n

In the absence of other means of payment, the guest authorizes Privillage Stare resort to charge his credit card for the payment of all listed items.<\/p>\n

Privillage Stare may obtain any funds or credit cards from the guest from other agents such as AirBnB, Booking.com, Expedia.com,…<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Cleaning & Equipment Use<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Extra cleaning fees apply if accommodations are left excessively dirty.<\/p>\n

Guests must use all equipment, devices and machines in the facilities carefully and in accordance with the technical instructions of the manufacturers.\u00a0The manufacturers’ technical instructions are located in the facilities or can be obtained at the Privillage Stare reception.<\/p>\n

Equipment, devices and machines may not be used by children, except in the case that it is intended and suitable for children and the children are under the supervision of their parents. All equipment, devices and machines are used exclusively at your own risk.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

HOURS OF REST<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Rest hours at Privillage Stare are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. All parties or “house parties” are prohibited.<\/p>\n
